Siamo ciò che pensiamo.
Tutto ciò che siamo è prodotto dalla nostra mente.
Ogni parola o azione
che nasce da un pensiero torbido
è seguita dalla sofferenza,
come la ruota del carro
segue lo zoccolo del bue.

is followed by suffering,
like the totem pole
follows the hoof of the ox.
