Cari Amici, noi tutti cerchiamo di progredire sul sentiero spirituale ma ci troviamo sempre di fronte a ostacoli, e uno dei più grandi è l’ego. Ma c’è una consolazione, camminare con sincerità e serietà sul sentiero spirituale ha un grande potere trasformante, ed è questo che ci aiuta enormemente. Se permettiamo a questa trasformazione di avvenire, si manifesterà un cambiamento dentro e al di fuori di noi. L’oscurità che sembra circondarci si muterà in luce splendente e la gioia sarà in noi e attorno a noi. Facciamo avvenire questa trasformazione, sbarazziamoci di questo piccolo “io” che alza sempre la testa e apriamoci al Sé che permea tutto l’Universo.

La Spiritualità Trasforma di Swami Chidananda
Adorabili Omaggi all’unica non-duale Realtà! Cos’è che ostacola la vostra completa conoscenza che voi siete l’Anima Immortale, che siete una sorgente di Beatitudine, che siete un oceano di Gioia, che siete una nascosta essenza Divina coperta da nome, forma e personalità umana? Per rispondere a questa domanda non dobbiamo studiare filosofia. Il semplice fatto è che quello che è il vostro ostacolo, quello che vi deruba del vostro diritto di nascita e si frappone tra voi e questa Esperienza, siete VOI STESSI.

Nessuno è un ostacolo, nessuna cosa è un ostacolo. Non c’è nessuna Maya o Mara, o diavolo o Satana. Se non volete contraddire le Scritture e la Teologia, diciamo pure che c’è un Satana; ma questo Satana è nella forma di “Io, Io, Io “. Satana sta nell’atteggiamento di afferrarsi a qualcosa che è irreale, rifiutandosi di lasciarlo andare, dando grande importanza ad un indegno, ignobile, piccolo mito di un “Io” che non esiste. Noi siamo gli adoratori di quel falso principio-Io, di quella falsa personalità, che, infatti, è l’unica cosa di cui dobbiamo sbarazzarci. Iniziate dal punto giusto. Andate direttamente al cuore della questione: “ Io sono il più grande ostacolo al mio progresso spirituale.”

La vera spiritualità ha un grande potere trasformante. Ognuno e ogni cosa che viene a contatto con la pietra filosofale della vera spiritualità, viene trasformato. Se voi state vivendo una vita spirituale, impegnati in pratiche spirituali, allora l’unico modo per affermare la sua validità e il suo valore, è mostrare quanto sta trasformando voi come persona, quale positivo effetto trasformante ha avuto nel vostro modo di pensare, nei sentimenti, motivazioni, emozioni, idee, immaginazioni.Se, senza reprimerla, permettete a questa trasformazione di avvenire, inevitabilmente il cambiamento avrà luogo dentro di voi e si manifesterà all’esterno. Questa è la prova della genuinità della spiritualità in persone che stanno vivendo una vita spirituale ovunque nel mondo. La spiritualità trasforma come trasforma la pietra filosofale. 

E quando questa trasformazione avviene, quello che ostacola la via dell’Illuminazione, della Liberazione, quello che ostacola la via all’Esperienza dell’Oceano di Beatitudine, all’Anima Immortale, non c’è più. Voi siete in uno stato di illuminata, risvegliata consapevolezza del Dio nascosto dentro di voi, consapevoli di essere un’Anima Immortale per cui la morte non ha alcun significato. Deve rendervi un nuovo essere raggiante, un divino figlio del Signore. L’oscurità non ha più significato per voi. Cos’è questo stato di oscurità che sembra vi stia bloccando e che necessita essere rimosso così che uno possa raggiungere il risveglio? San Francesco d’Assisi termina la Sua Preghiera Semplice con le parole: “E morendo a questo piccolo sè che rinasciamo a Vita Eterna”. Un altro mistico ha detto: “Allora sarò libero quando “Io” cesserò di essere”. Così l’essenza dell’oscurità, della schiavitù, sembra essere il sentimento che uno è un certo specifico individuo con nome e forma.

E finchè non ci si libera di questo, la Liberazione è un lungo pianto. 

Conclusioni: Gurudev stesso ha detto: “Uccidi questo piccolo Io. Muori per vivere”. Noi non siamo capaci di percepire il Dio nascosto dentro di noi, Non siamo consapevoli della nostra Anima Immortale. Beatitudine e Gioia sono ben lontani. Perché? Perché siamo troppo preoccupati di questo piccolo Io. Quindi per vedere e sperimentare la sempre presente Realtà, e per essere pieni di Beatitudine, dobbiamo rimuovere questo piccolo Io. E il modo per uccidere il piccolo Io è quello di far operare la trasformazione spirituale, fare la Sadhana, condurre la Vita Divina.

Dear Friends, we all seek to make progress on the spiritual path, but we are always faced with obstacles, and one of the biggest is the ego. But there is one consolation, walk with sincerity and seriousness on the spiritual path has a great transforming power, and that's what helps us enormously. If we allow this transformation to take place, will manifest a change inside and outside of us. The darkness that seems to surround ourselves will change into bright light and joy is within us and around us. We make this transformation happen, let's get rid of this little "I" who always raises his head and let us open ourselves to the Self that permeates the entire Universe.

Spirituality Transform by Swami Chidananda

Adorable Gifts to the only not-dual Reality! What is hindering your full knowledge that you are the Immortal Soul, which are a source of bliss, you are an ocean of joy, that you are covered by a hidden essence Divine name, form and the human personality? To answer this question we must study philosophy. The simple fact is that what is your obstacle, one that robs you of your birthright, and stands between you and this experience, YOU YOURSELF.

Not everyone is an obstacle, nothing is an obstacle. There is no Maya or Mara, or the devil or Satan. If you do not want to contradict the Scriptures and theology, let us say that there is a Satan, but Satan is in the form of "I, I, I". Satan is the attitude of clinging to something that is unreal, refusing to let him go, giving great importance to an undignified, unworthy, little myth of an "I" that does not exist. We are the worshipers of this false principle-ego, that false personality, which is in fact the only thing we get rid of. Start at the right point. Go directly to the heart of the matter: "I am the biggest obstacle to my spiritual progress".

True spirituality has a great transforming power. Each and every thing that comes into contact with the philosopher's stone of true spirituality, is transformed. If you are living a spiritual life, engaged in spiritual practices, then the only way to assert its validity and its value, is to show what is turning you as a person, who has had a positive effect transforming the way you think, in feelings, motives, emotions, ideas, imagination. If, without suppressing it, allow this transformation to happen, change will inevitably take place within you and is revealed to the outside. This is proof of the genuineness of spirituality in people who are living a spiritual life anywhere in the world. Spirituality becomes transformed as the Philosopher's Stone.

And when this transformation takes place, what is impeding the path of enlightenment, liberation, what is impeding the path to Experience the Ocean of Bliss, Immortal Soul, there is no more. You are in a state of enlightened, awakened awareness of the hidden God within you, be aware of the Immortal Soul, so death has no meaning. Must make a new being radiant, a divine child of the Lord. The darkness has no more meaning for you. What is this state of darkness that seems to be blocking you and that needs to be removed so that one can attain the awakening? St. Francis of Assisi ends his Simple Prayer with the words: "And dying to self that this little reborn to eternal life". Another mystic said: "Then I'll be free when" I "cease to be". So the 'essence of darkness and slavery, seems to be the feeling that one has a specific individual by name and form.

And until you get rid of this, the Liberation is a long cry.

 

Conclusions: Gurudev himself said: "Kill this little ego. You die to live". We are not able to perceive the hidden God within us, we are not aware of our Immortal Soul. Bliss and Joy are a long way. Why? Because we are too worried about this little ego. So to see and experience the ever-present reality, and to be full of bliss, we must remove this little ego. And the way to kill the little ego is to make the spiritual transformation, make Sadhana, lead the Divine Life.
