Grazie.

Un abbraccio luminoso.

EVOLUTIONARY BOOKS - "SO TALK TO MASTERS":  N° 1

OM NAMO BHAGAVATE SIVANANDAYA!
OM NAMO BHAGAVATE CHIDANANDAYA!

In our daily life oscillate back and forth between the three Gunas (the three energies of the intrinsic nature BG-see Chapter XIV) by the action of Prakriti, Nature.
The three Gunas are:
Sattva: brightness, awareness, wisdom, health, radiance, virtue, peace, calm, happy life. Corresponds to a predisposition of their beings devoted to contemplation.
Rajas: Passion, activity, excitement, desire, egoism, attachment, oscillation, instability, pain. Corresponds to a pulse expansion that meets certain beings in action.
Tamas: Ignorance, darkness, sloth, laziness, inertia, inactivity, delusion, apathy, indifference, death. Corresponds to the darkness that dominates beings subject to the tyranny of the passions.
Often we do not know what situation we are in and there seems to be without support, without any support or protection. But God is always present, and in His infinite mercy and grace, is always ready at our side, whether we realize it or not. Whatever the condition in place, which of the three Gunas is present. Know our goal, we continue our lives, offering everything to God, as Swami says Chidanandaji, in the certainty of His support, remaining with the mind in balance and peace. Read what he says Swami Atmaswarupananda.
Good Reading and .... Good Meditation!

Beyond Sattva, Rajas and Tamas by Swami Atmaswarupananda
The spiritual life has sometimes been described as a gradual change from a life centered on the ego to a life centered on God What is the nature of this change? What a life centered on the ego and what is a life centered on God? Actually we do not need to ask what a life centered on the ego because it is basically what we're all living. The ego, the sense of separation is so pervasive that in practice we do not know anything else. What we know are different intensities of our ego. We can be aware of when there is tamas, rajas and sattva or, but we are not really aware of anything except a life centered on the ego.
This raises a question: "But we do not know maybe a life centered on God when we are worshiping in our best moments, repeating His Name, studying about Him, meditating on Him? But this is a life centered on God, or is part of a sattvic ego that develops successfully, it is absolutely necessary in our approach to God? "
The reason why this question is significant, because many people are desperately trying to get a true spiritual life because their circumstances are so mundane that they feel that there is no possibility of thinking of God, pray to Him, meditate on Him . From a certain angle of vision, this point of view is correct, especially if we equate God with an ego sattvic. In other words, if we equate the means-our understanding and our spiritual experience - with the order. But if we understand that God is not sattvic ego, but who knows what the sattvic ego, then we recognize that God in all His fullness, is always here and now, that is tamas, rajas and sattva are present.
This understanding is important from two points of view. If we are lucky enough to have filled our minds with God, either spontaneously or through our spiritual practices, we must always be aware that what we found is a sattvic ego, that God is never more or less present. What may be more or less this is sattva. On the other hand, if God does not seem to be present at all, if we are overcome by our mundane activities, we should also realize that God is still in its present state is also present that we can hear Him or No. So what's the answer? The response in both cases is the same. Whether we think that God is present - we think of being at the very door of the realization of God - or if we think we are a completely hopeless case - in both cases we were wrong, and the correct answer is the same in both cases. If we think we are hopeless, we offer this to God who knows our despair. If we think of being closer to the realization of God, we also offer this to God that knows this selfish taking sattvic. This is the essence of abandonment. This is the reason why Swami Chidanandaji and all other saints say: "Give everything to God." Whether we are tamasic, or sattvic or rajasic, the answer is the same: Offer it all to God What is God? The God that we never know but that is the God who never abandons us, the God of peace that passes all understanding, the God of utter humility, the God who frees our minds of sattva, rajas and tamas. As Lord Krishna said to Arjuna: "A wise man is always the same whether this is sattva, rajas and tamas."

In Silence close your eyes to see with the Eye of the Heart the Love of God that shines in every being, to smile and be guided where all is One.

Thank you.
Light a hug.
